Referrals

Employment Advocates Group (EAG) provides Individual Supported Employment, Workplace Assistance, and Benefits Planning for qualified residents of Virginia. Individual Supported Employment and Workplace Assistance are person-centered, one-on-one services for individuals diagnosed with ID/DD, mental illness, TBI, or physical disabilities with the purpose of finding competitive and integrated employment and retaining the employment. Benefits Planning is also a person-centered service with the purpose of ensuring the working – or soon-to-be working – individual is properly advised upon benefits that he/she receives to make optimal financial decisions. The Individual Supported Employment program is CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) Accredited. EAG provides services for various aspects of individuals who want to work or are working. 

We are currently taking referrals for Individual Supported Employment, Workplace Assistance, and Benefits Planning.
