Pamela Lucas
Our founder, Pamela Brinkley Lucas, is a disabled veteran who is dedicated to helping and caring for others. After serving our country in the US Army for over 20 years, working in both the Clinton and Bush White Houses, teaching advanced university courses, and succeeding as a defense contractor and entrepreneur, Pam founded EAG to assist and advocate for individuals with disabilities who are looking for employment.
Pam personifies the caring, competence, and commitment of the entire EAG team.

Director of Operations
Kenny Emberton
Kenny Emberton started his position as Director of Operations in January 2020. Before coming to EAG, he spent years working and volunteering in residential services-- gaining valuable experience and skills necessary to lead, motivate, and grow the team.
Kenny received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He spends his time outside of work with his wife and daughter.
